Mollie Lyon always endeavored to put stories on paper. She began by drawing simple pictures in the margins of her mother's cookbook in the blue kitchen while her mother baked. Advancing to her first attempts at printing and spelling in first grade to ripping through writing assignments in high school and nursing school, her love for writing evolved. Mollie, married for thirty-one years, has two daughters, two cats and a dog. She has gathered stories in her thirty-one years of nursing in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Many more novels weaving the tapestry of her life, local history and family tales are waiting to be set on paper.

An Inspiring Story of True Love

This is a well-written novel that will have you smiling and crying. A Christian woman is forced to make some difficult decisions, but stays true to her convictions. It's a beautiful reminder that true love is patient and long-suffering and NEVER fails!

Loved it!

As soon as I found out my Aunt Mollie had written a novel, I had to buy it. After fighting with my Kindle forever to get it to download, I finally got to read it, and I was amazed that I couldn't put it down. It had me in tears on several occasions, and really made me think about how I would handle a situation like that. It was a lot different than I expected, but in the best way possible. It was very well written and easy to follow, and just a all around great book. I can't wait to find out what she comes up with next!

A beautiful woven story...The author had me feeling as if i was part of this family. With some of life's challenges we encounter... this could be any one of us! . the only downfall i found the story ended.. found myself wanting more time with this family.Have been reading since was taught and only been keeping track since 2005 .. this book will have more then 5 stars beside it on my book list..!!
